Where is the NIV?

I enjoyed using Calibre several years ago and am not starting to use it again. I think I remember that when Calibre was first installed on my computer, it contained a copy of the NIV Bible (publisher - Zondervan). Does anyone know if my memory about that is correct and, if so, why it is no longer included?
