Converted Kindle Book Cover is Missing, anybody solved it?

Hi guys,

This issue has been with me for years since 2010 or so i guess. Whenever I convert ePub book to azw using Caliber, The conversion works fine but on Kindle Voyage/Paperwhite/touch the book cover thumbnail is missing. Anybody knew how to fix this?
