Cannot connect after resetting tablet

Hello everyone,

Early this week, I installed CC on my tablet. It worked perfectly.
But from time to time, I reset the tablet to clean it all and reinstall all the apps cleanly. But this time, I have an issue after downloading CC. I can't connect to the content server anymore. I tried to follow the instructions but until now it isn't working. Thanks for any hint to resolve the issue. Have a nice day
