BookBrowser 2.0

I have released BookBrowser 2.0. I have rewritten BookBrowser in go, making it run faster, on all platforms, with no dependencies. I have redone the web ui as well.

BookBrowser is an easy-to-use tool to generate a web-based epub book browser. All you need to do is download it into the folder with your ebooks, and run it.

• Improved page load performance (now uses thumbnails for covers)
