If one sets one of the Change Cover radio buttons there's seems to be no way to unset it other than to set it to another one, or Cancel.
I discovered this when I pressed (Alt+R) too many times and reached the Remove cover option, in getting back to Remove tags, I must have 'pressed' the radio button (space). So after pressed OK I discovered all the covers had gone.
Assuming there is no way to clear the radio buttons, once one of them is set, then: A) should the Change cover label have a check box that 'activates' the radio button zone, and/or B) should there be an "Are you sure" message when OK is pressed and Remove covers is set.
Fortunately it was my test library so I was able recover quick enough from last nights backup. As a rule I don't keep covers in format files, so set from ebook file isn't an an option, besides not all formats have embedded covers (e.g. podcasts of radio book readings).
