I get a duplicated cover when converting from CBZ to EPUB (I need help please)

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM:

The cover is duplicated in the generated EPUB. I get the cover picture two times. I don't know why.

I am trying to convert from CBZ to EPUB. The CBZ file has all pages scanned and properly numbered, that is page01.jpg, page02.jpg, etc.

OPTIONS WHEN DOING THE CONVERSION:

- I press Convert books...

- I go to... Page setup

- There in... Output profile, I select: Generic e-ink HD

- In Input profile, I select: Default Input Profile

Comic Input:
Disable comic processing, I have this activated

No default cover, I have this activated

I generate the EPUB perfectly, however, I have the cover generated two times.
So page 1 is the cover, and page 2 is also the cover. Page 3 is page 2, page 4 is page 3... and so on.

I don't know how may I solve this.
Could you help me please?
