help with index editor!

i'm working on a new massive eBook that has about 2000 Greek word index entries. i'm able to import the Greek words into the index editor via txt file. but it only seems to let me import text into the "text to include" area, and nothing in the "index entries" area.

the question i have for you, is does anyone know how to properly edit the ini file that hold these index entries so that i can add different "text to include" and "index entries"? for instance...I need to locate a Greek word called "achreios", but i need the index itself to display it as "achreios (unprofitable)" so readers can see the English word next to it. when i open the ini file, it looks like this...

1\Text%20to%20Include=achreios
1\Index%20Entries=
2\Text%20to%20Include=adelotes
2\Index%20Entries=
3\Text%20to%20Include=adelphos
3\Index%20Entries=
4\Text%20to%20Include=adikeo
4\Index%20Entries=
5\Text%20to%20Include=adikos
5\Index%20Entries=

i need an editor that i can instantly copy and paste the English translated version. or am i really gonna have to add all the English brackets in manually? it needs to looks like this...

1\Text%20to%20Include=achreios
1\Index%20Entries=achreios (unprofitable)
2\Text%20to%20Include=adelotes
2\Index%20Entries=adelotes (uncertain)
3\Text%20to%20Include=adelphos
3\Index%20Entries=adelphos (brethren)
4\Text%20to%20Include=adikeo
4\Index%20Entries=adikeo (hurt)
5\Text%20to%20Include=adikos
5\Index%20Entries=adikos (iniquity)

i really hope someone has a solution! thank you guys.
