Kobo Glo does not see Library fron Calibre

After using Calibre for several years now with my Glo I got the following error after upgrading to the latest version, I did check all the items in the "device can not connect" thread but they are all ok.

the device itself is seen in Calibre, it also connects but it does not allow me to see the library.

I get this error:

FOUT: Fout: Fout bij communicatie met apparaat

SQLError: no such table: dbversion
