removing real page numbers from the margin

Hi, KOReader is displaying what I assume is the phyiscal book’s page number in the right margin as a small, footnote-sized number. Is there a way to remove it?

Also, within a chapter, each section ends with a horizontal line, placed above the dinkus. Can that be removed as well?
